KontraBooks is a cloud-based accounting software platform that provides invoicing, bookkeeping, financial reporting, and related tools for businesses. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time with reasonable notice.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

KontraBooks is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
The KontraBooks platform, including its design, features, and code, is owned by KontraBooks and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without our written permission.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. Your data will be retained for 30 days after termination before permanent deletion.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms that cannot be resolved informally shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, with proceedings conducted in Delaware. Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction. For users in the European Union, nothing in this clause limits your rights under applicable EU consumer protection laws.
